  • Lead the overall strategy and facilitation of all aspects of customer engagement campaigns for marketing efforts focused on partnerships, loyalty, entertainment, and other strategic areas as assigned
  • Manage, review, and elevate the daily work of a dedicated team of marketing professionals to ensure high-quality output and alignment with departmental goals
  • Provide leadership for all Human Resources responsibilities within the reporting department, including fostering a collaborative work environment, providing performance feedback, managing hiring, training, and building succession planning processes.
  • Strategically develop comprehensive plans regarding the timing, type, and targeting of customer segments based on historical performance, statistical analytics, and team expertise
  • Collaborate with other corporate teams, Brand Marketing, and property partners to establish clear prioritization for strategy execution, creative direction, and communication channels
  • Coordinate directly with Commercial Analytics and Data Science teams to construct campaign pro formas, detailing expected metrics such as clicks, opens, bookings, spend, profit margins, and property occupancy
  • Continuously improve campaigns relative to internal benchmarks including revenue and income, recommending progressive customer engagement strategies and achieving key performance metrics
  • Partner directly with property leadership on property specific offer requests to implement tailored customer engagement strategies Partner with the Performance Measurement team to analyze campaign success, identify key areas of improvement, and establish future strategic directions based on findings
  • Drive agenda creation and lead discussions for Revenue Management Pacing meetings to optimize booking trends and inventory
  • Provide strategic input to senior management regarding process optimization and product development to enhance the overall success of the marketing organization

THE JOB:
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the overall strategy, design, and facilitation of all customer engagement campaigns, focusing on partnerships, loyalty, entertainment, and other assigned corporate initiatives. This leadership role acts as the primary conduit between corporate Center of Excellence teams, brand marketing, and property leadership to prioritize campaign execution and drive demand generation. Unlike individual contributor execution roles, this position is directly accountable for managing and reviewing the work of a team of marketing professionals, overseeing departmental talent development, and driving process and product innovations that support the broader marketing organization. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts policies, practices, and procedures .
