What you'll do
- Develop and manage an integrated content strategy and editorial calendar for the All-Inclusive & Resorts portfolio across B2B and B2C channels, aligning to commercial priorities, launches, seasonal moments, and demand-driving initiatives.
- Create and oversee compelling content for Hilton Honors, LinkedIn, portfolio social channels, executive thought leadership, and other owned and earned touchpoints that strengthen the portfolio's voice and market positioning.
- Lead social media channel strategy for the portfolio, including defining the role of each channel, content pillars, governance, activation plans, and performance measures.
- Identify and activate storytelling opportunities through PR, podcasts, partnerships, and integrated campaigns, ensuring messaging consistency and strong cross-functional execution.
- Partner closely with Hilton Honors, Brand, PR, Social, Digital, Commercial, and hotel teams to align content plans and activation calendars across consumer, loyalty, and trade audiences.
- Work with internal stakeholders and agency partners to brief creative needs, coordinate launches, and amplify portfolio stories across owned, earned, and shared channels.
- Participate in regular cross-functional planning meetings, campaign reviews, and go-to-market discussions to ensure coordinated execution.
- Work with the hotel and commercial complex teams to optimize content on all our digital channels and curated websites.

This is your chance to be part of Hilton's All-Inclusive & Resorts team, helping shape the voice and visibility of a fast-growing portfolio across guest, loyalty, trade, and partner audiences. As the Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Customer Engagement, All-Inclusive & Resorts, you will develop and activate the content strategy that brings Hilton's all-inclusive and resort story to life across channels. On the All-Inclusive & Resorts team reporting to the Senior Director Brand Marketing Strategy, All-Inclusive & Resorts, you will work on initiatives including portfolio storytelling, Hilton Honors engagement, LinkedIn and social content, PR coordination, podcast development, website content and integrated B2B and B2C CRM planning.
What you'll do during a typical day:

What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of work experience in content strategy, brand marketing, communications, social media, CRM, integrated marketing, or a related field

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $110,000 – $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company. #LI-REMOTE
