The Opportunity

As Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will lead the development and delivery of Crown’s enterprise-wide communications strategy across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Partnering closely with senior executives and business leaders, you will drive internal and corporate communications that strengthen employee engagement, support major business initiatives and organisational change, enhance executive positioning, and protect Crown’s reputation. This is a highly visible role for a strategic communications professional who thrives in complex environments and can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
