The Role: 

Senior Manager, DTC Programme plays a critical role in ensuring our most important strategic initiatives land effectively across our regional business teams. You will also help shape how Deckers EMEA plans, prioritises and delivers future change in our DTC business. 


You will be responsible for driving successful adoption of change across the EMEA Direct-to-Consumer organisation. This role focuses on the people and operational side of transformation, ensuring that new systems, processes, and ways of working are understood, adopted, and embedded across markets and functions. 


This role works alongside global and regional business, product and technology teams to ensure that change lands effectively with regional teams, protecting trading performance, minimising disruption, and accelerating time to value.
