Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation

AHEAD's Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is chartered with delivering on AHEAD's most strategic enterprise initiatives, or “Big Bets” — the critical, cross-functional programs that enable our long-term vision. Today, this includes large-scale transformation efforts such as expanding AHEAD into new international markets, transforming our portfolio and internal ways of working with AI, post-acquisition integration, and more. 

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation will play a critical role in supporting execution of these Big Bets. Rather than owning a single initiative directly, this role partners closely with one or more ETO Transformation Leads, providing dedicated program support across one or more strategic initiatives — including, when applicable, post-acquisition integration efforts — to help ensure plans stay on track, risks are managed, and stakeholders remain aligned. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity for a transformation-minded professional to build the experience and track record needed to drive transformation at scale.
