What you'll do

  • Accountable for the production and continuous improvement of management reporting, including quarterly results packs, dashboards, variance analysis, trend commentary and key performance indicators for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead planning and forecasting cycles, coordinating inputs from Finance, business and functional partners to ensure submissions are timely, consistent, well-controlled and aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Provide clear analysis of revenue, expense, headcount, allocation and run-rate drivers, identifying risks, opportunities and management actions to support delivery against plan and forecast.
  • Prepare high-quality executive briefing materials, financial narratives, decision papers and presentations that translate complex financial information into concise, actionable insight.
  • Support ad hoc executive requests and special projects, providing structured analysis, coordination, issue resolution and delivery support across Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with senior Finance, business management, COO, HR and other functional teams to ensure financial plans, costs and management information reflect business strategy and operational priorities.
  • Drive process improvement, automation and simplification opportunities to enhance reporting quality, reduce manual effort and improve consistency of management information.
  • Lead, coach and develop direct reports, promoting high performance, accountability, collaboration and an inclusive working environment.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Purpose
Leads the delivery of high-quality management reporting, planning, forecasting, and executive support for SIDAC Finance, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful outputs that support senior management decision-making and effective financial governance.

The role supports the execution of business plans through disciplined financial analysis, forward-looking insight, and delivery of executive materials and special projects, while maintaining strong controls, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

•    Manage a team of two employees
•    Operate as a Senior Manager within SIDAC Finance, supporting a senior stakeholder group across management reporting, planning, forecasting
•    Interact regularly with other areas of Finance, Business Management, COO, HR and other functional partners
•    Lead or coordinate recurring deliverables, ad hoc executive requests and special projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
•    The role will be based in our Dublin office

 

Education / Experience / Other Information 
•    Strong experience in Finance, FP&A, business management, management reporting or a related financial planning and analysis role.
•    Proven ability to manage planning, forecasting, reporting and expense management processes in a complex organisation.

Working Conditions
