What you'll do
- Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, develop, and implement the company’s national agenda.
- Stakeholder Relationships : Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders, including regulators, legislators, and other public and private entities to further the company’s goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings to clients and interact with them to understand their requirements better.

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related fields, ideally within the financial services sector.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and public policy issues affecting the financial industry and digital services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
