- Drive a strong safety culture across projects and operational teams through leadership, coaching, and awareness programs.

- Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, including drills and crisis management procedures.
- Support procurement and contract management teams on HSE requirements and contractor prequalification processes.
- Provide regular HSE updates and recommendations to senior management.

The Senior Manager, HSE is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental strategies, systems, and compliance programs across projects and operations.
