What you'll do

  • Partner directly with leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective people strategies and actionable solutions.
  • Coach and advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational challenges.

Overview

The Senior Manager, Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, providing guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leaders to address complex people challenges, strengthen manager capability, and support business objectives. As the senior HR partner for assigned business units and corporate functions, the Senior Manager is expected to operate independently, influence decision-making, and help drive meaningful organizational change.  The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting leaders and employees within healthcare, healthcare technology, health information, or revenue cycle.

Total CompensationBase pay is one element of the total compensation package. Eligible employees may also receive an annual cash bonus and have access to a comprehensive benefits offering, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

 

Salary Range It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Individual pay may be influenced by factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
