  • Lead and develop End User Services, Service Desk, Endpoint Management, and Identity and Access Management teams across Canada, the United States, and Ireland, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, business priorities, and cybersecurity requirements

As a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure - Technology Services, you will lead and coordinate infrastructure, end user services, service desk, endpoint management, and identity and access management teams across Canada, the United States, and Ireland. Your Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and develop End User Services, Service Desk, Endpoint Management, and Identity and Access Management teams across Canada, the United States, and Ireland, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, business priorities, and cybersecurity requirements

  • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools, including ServiceNow, along with a solid understanding of service level agreements and service delivery best practices
  • Knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control systems, door security platforms, and surveillance camera systems supporting multi-site operations
  • Strong leadership, people management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead high-performing teams across diverse geographies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical concepts in business-friendly language

Your Experience:  

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information technology, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity

The expected salary range for this position is $114,943 - $183,909. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
