  • Deep understanding of the OTT, SVOD, CTV, and digital media ecosystem, including consumer behavior, digital marketing channels, partner landscapes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and tact.

Disney Entertainment Marketing is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing to lead and scale strategic partnership marketing initiatives supporting Disney's Direct-to-Consumer business. In this role, you will develop and execute partnership strategies that strengthen consumer engagement, drive subscriber growth, and amplify Disney's iconic brands through innovative marketing collaborations. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, manage a portfolio of strategic global partnerships, and influence priorities across marketing, business development, sales, legal, product, programming, and technical teams. Responsibilities

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $132,800 to $178,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
