Senior Manager Procurement Excellence (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Own global procurement processes such as strategic sourcing, contract management, and category strategy, working closely with process teams and senior sponsors

• Lead the design and rollout of improvements to procurement methods and tools

• Drive the selection, implementation, and continuous optimization of procurement systems

• Build and maintain standardized methods across procurement teams

• Track process KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvements

• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within procurement, working closely with IT

What you bring & who you are

• Experience in procurement operations, ideally with a focus on process optimization or tool development

• Strong communicator and team-oriented mindset, comfortable guiding others through change

• Analytical and solution-focused approach to identifying and closing process gaps

• Ideally, certification in Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), Procurement (e.g., CIPS), or Project Management (e.g., PMP)

• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

• Proficient in English and German; additional languages are a bonus
