Job Summary

• Drive change across the CFO organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, deployment of projects) to do what it takes to support the business
• Establish simple, repeatable ways to gather information and drive accountability , ensuring business readiness
• Use first principles to design future state business workflows to create operational efficiencies
• Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders (finance and operations, IT, go-to-market, product) to gather the right information, pressure test hypotheses, articulate complex business problems, mobilize a project  team, implement solutions and drive accountability
• Structure and size large complex projects into outcomes
• Develop roadmaps, key metrics, change management strategies, communication plans and conduct post implementation reviews to ensure the value of a project was successfully unlocked
• Create deliverables (business case memos, key decision documents, presentations, etc.) for executive level consumption
• Drive the end-to-end execution of initiatives that support finance-wide transformation through AI and workflow reimagining

Qualifications

• 8-10 overall years of experience within tech, including industry experience in transformation function at a top-tier tech company 
• Understanding of end-to-end financial processes (Quote-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, etc.), business models, modern finance systems and internal controls for a large scale global technology company
• Extensive project management skills, including system implementations, international compliance initiatives and AI-enabled redesign
• Experience in implementing and managing complex, cross-functional programs within a technology company's finance or enterprise engineering organization
• Strong AI and Data & Analytics skillset including but not limited to building agentic workflows combined with efficient use of deterministic code (e.g. JIRA Query Language and Google Apps Script) for scaling project delivery
• Familiarity with Cognitive Project Management for AI (CPMAI) principles 
• Proficiency with JIRA and Asana platforms
• Strong expertise in SAP (preferably RAR, BRIM / SD and S/4 HANA), SFDC (preferably CRM and CPQ)
• Deep understanding of financial systems for a large scale global technology company, with a focus on unification and harmonization as well as automation across these domains
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on and results oriented leader with problem solving and action oriented mindset
• Intellectual curiosity, self-starter and critical thinker 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, deal with changing priorities and drive accountability
• Passion for continuous improvement of systems and workflows

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

$154,400.00 - $249,700.00/yr
