About this role

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading Joint Venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world-class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Project Controls (Planning, Risk & Business Reporting) to join JASARA PMC. It will lead integrated planning, schedule management, risk management, governance reporting, and executive business performance reporting across assigned programs. Responsible for providing leadership with clear visibility of delivery status, key risks, strategic issues, schedule impacts, and overall program health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated planning and scheduling functions across the program.
  • Establish, maintain, and govern project and program baselines including scope, schedule, assumptions, and key milestones.
  • Lead business performance reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of integrated master schedules.
  • Perform schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and recovery planning.
  • Lead enterprise risk management activities, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting of project risks.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and quantitative risk assessments.
  • Consolidate reporting outputs from planning, interfaces, information management, quality, and delivery functions into integrated management reports.
  • Present delivery performance, confidence levels, risks, and strategic issues to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and reporting standards.
  • Drive implementation of reporting systems, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Lead integration of functional data sources into a consolidated reporting architecture.
  • Support executive decision-making through data-driven performance analysis.
  • Coordinate governance submissions and project control reviews.
  • Lead development of recovery strategies and action plans for schedule or performance concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture Construction Management, Business Management or relevant field of study.
  • 10 - 15 years’ relevant project controls experience, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multi-discipline projects.
  • Regional experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of project controls as applied in major construction environments.
  • Demonstrate proficient use of enterprise-level management software such as PRISM, Primavera P6, Aconex, ARM, PowerBI or similar systems
  • Significant discipline/industry presence recognized and valued by industry peers as an authority able to work with teams to solve technical problems and achieve a high level of assurance on project deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate a clear technical direction to senior stakeholders
  • Significant experience required in development, implementation, and management of business systems, including policies and procedures applicable to the role and across the project.
  • Analytical and thorough, problem-solving ability
  • Able to connect people and issues and drive a quick response
