Location: Herndon, VA (Washington, DC Metropolitan Area / DMV Region)

Hybrid Work Arrangement: Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the Herndon office and be available to attend in-person meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Sales is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, business plans, and account management initiatives that drive revenue and business expansion for a portfolio of emerging technology vendors in the public sector market.

This role combines sales leadership, business development, vendor relationship management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented leader who excels at building vendor partnerships, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading teams through transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute vendor growth strategies, business plans, and joint partner initiatives to achieve revenue and business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor sales teams, leadership, and key stakeholders.

Compensation

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. 

  • Hiring Salary Range: $165,300-$206,700
