Your Mandate 

• Partner with SAP Fioneer's Executive Team and senior leaders from the world's leading banks and insurers 

• Shape the strategic agenda of a company at the forefront of Financial Services innovation 

• Define growth platforms, create new business models, and unlock industry-shaping opportunities 

• Drive decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives that determine where SAP Fioneer and the industry go next 

Requirements

Who You Are 

• 6+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting with a proven track record of shaping strategy, driving transformation, and creating measurable business value 
• Trusted advisor to senior executives, with experience leading high-impact initiatives and influencing strategic decision-making 
• Deep industry expertise in Banking or Insurance and a strong ability to translate strategic ambition into business outcomes 
• Exceptional analytical, commercial, and communication skills; Master's degree and fluency in English and German required
