Senior Manager - Supply Chain

Supply Planning & PO Management - Own end-to-end PO lifecycle including supply planning, PO creation, and GRN tracking - Analyse fill rates and drive improvements in order fulfilment Network Expansion & Warehousing - Drive warehouse network expansion using city-level demand and inventory insights - Set up SOPs for new fulfilment centers (inbound, storage, dispatch) Last-Mile & Vendor Management - Build and manage 3PL partner ecosystem - Define delivery SLAs and monitor turnaround time (TAT) performance Inventory Management & Availability - Monitor on-shelf availability (OSA) across SKUs and cities - Build dashboards tracking DOI, DRR, stock levels, and expiry risks Trigger replenishment actions based on demand and inventory gaps Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with sales and demand planning teams for aligned PO scheduling - Support promotional planning and execution across platforms Performance Improvement & Problem Solving - Analyse fulfilment gaps and resolve supply chain inefficiencies - Drive on-time delivery improvements with internal and external stakeholders - Adapt to evolving supply chain challenges with agility and ownership • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 3-6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (startup/q-commerce preferred) • Strong understanding of inventory planning, warehousing, and last-mile logistics • Experience working with 3PL partners and vendor ecosystems • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and execution capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • High ownership mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a supply chain network from scratch, with direct exposure to high-growth e-commerce operations and leadership decision-making.
