What You’ll Do

The Senior Manager, Trade Marketing is a key execution lead within the Global GTM & Channel Strategy team, driving the delivery of global go-to-market plans and channel governance workstreams. This role translates strategic direction into detailed, market-ready programs and ensures strong cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Preparing distributor business reviews and performance summaries
  • Conducting competitive and market intelligence analysis

 

Must Haves 

  • 6-8  years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or commercial roles within beauty or FMCG
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination experience
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience developing presentations and commercial storytelling materials

Salary Range
$125,000—$150,000 USD
