Purpose Statement

Provides support to the manufacturing organisation to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, optimises existing processes, and ensures that production goals are met. Monitors equipment, machines and tools, addressing issues causing non‑conforming products, low yields, or product quality problems. Interfaces with quality and R\&D teams to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area.

Education & Job Skills

1. Experience / Education

  • 4+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • NFQ Level 7 (full credits) qualification in a relevant discipline or higher.

2. Technical / Business Knowledge (Job Skills)

  • Working technical knowledge with an understanding of relevant concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • General understanding of business unit or group functions.

  • Work is performed within a quality system environment. Poor performance may result in regulatory noncompliance.
