What We're Looking For:

The Senior Market Intelligence Analyst position is a key position within Zebra Technologies responsible for creating, maintaining and analyzing market data specific to the EMEA market. The Sr. Market Intelligence Analyst will play a cross-functional role in bringing together various data elements and techniques to provide insight to enable informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with EMEA sales, product management and marketing stakeholders to collect, analyze, define, and document requirements for reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics
• Support EMEA sales teams and marketing on intelligence/industry research requests and analytics, competitive intelligence, market and customer segmentation and product development input requirements. Examine EMEA sales and performance data, tracking results and other research to form customer knowledge gap analysis
• Create, maintain and analyze EMEA market data using a variety of methods and techniques, such as trending, data visualization, and statistical methods to provide customer insight
• Oversee ongoing, EMEA program-specific-internal research initiatives and scope requests; collaborate with suppliers, monitors archives and communicate findings
• Examine market analytics and identify knowledge gaps to address significant strategic business needs and strategies
• Leverage industry knowledge, competitive benchmarking and internal company intelligence to build and maintain robust industry demand forecast models

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 or more years of experience in analytics, customer insights, marketing analysis, qualitative or quantitative research, consulting
• Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and to contribute to executive-level discourse; excellent written communication abilities
• Able to operate within a team environment and take large amounts of data and form trends and conclusions; critical thinking and solution driven
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of PC-based spreadsheets and database warehousing applications; experience with statistical data modeling and tools (SPSS, SAS) to design and/or perform quantitative analysis and derive meaningful business insights

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
