About The Role

Senior / Marketing Executive, Retail (Real Estate)

Knight Frank Singapore Retail is industry leader trusted by our clients – developers, landlords and retailers, to provide expert solutions for their real estate and businesses. With the most extensive capabilities and track record, the team continuously navigates market volatility to deliver best-in-class services.

We are seeking real estate professionals with passion and drive to excel in the dynamic retail real estate industry to join our Retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Represent landlords to find suitable tenants for various types of retail properties.

• Represent retailers and F&B operators in their business expansion plans.

• Initiate or participate in marketing activities through various channels.

• Manage lease negotiations on behalf of clients

• Cultivate accounts and foster relationship with clients

• Assist project team with pitching materials, client meetings and preparation of reports

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate/Estate Management or equivalent

• Currently an existing salesperson or qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA

• 2-4 years of relevant experience required

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Good command of written and oral English

• Has initiative and able to work independently

• Motivated individual and mature team player

• Innovative and resourceful

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
