About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of his/her own congresses' marketing activities. He/She manages a Team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Coordinators. He/She also develops marketing strategies, manages budgets and promotional activities and communicates with clients. 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage your own congresses' marketing activities; 

• Manage Marketing Coordinators/ Senior Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Managers; 

• Be the one point of contact for congresses' marketing needs; 

• Develop the congresses' brand and marketing strategies; 

• Prepare and adhere congresses' budgets; 

• Oversee the different marketing campaigns; 

• Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities; 

• Plan and implement promotional campaigns; 

• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results; 

• Create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos); 

• Report on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns; 

• Perform other tasks related to the company's activity and its work, according to a specific assignment by the direct manager or the Manager. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly motivated, team player; 

• Time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask; 

• Communication and project management skills; 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; 

• Experience in managing clients, market research and analysis; 

• Experience in managing a team is an advantage
