- Lead mechanical design of new products and systems, Using CAD software Creo to create 2D and 3D models.
- Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews to make sure product reliability, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing peoples to integrate components to product.
- Propose and implement innovative solution to mechanical challenges, reduce cost, enhance product performance and quality.
- Plan and execute mechanical testing, analyze test data to evaluate product quality and performance.
- Lead manufacturing personnel to investigate issue root-cause, schedule and conduct engineering validation in assembly line.
- Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, coordinate with suppliers for procurement of mechanical components, setting manufacturing timelines. Make sure parts delivery on time.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

We are seeking one experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic R&D team based in Taiwan. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in design, development, and improvement of our mechanical systems and products, lead manufacturing issues debug and DoE.
