Position Summary

The Module Integration Engineer is responsible for driving improvements in yield, reliability, performance, and the competitiveness of products. This position involves mitigating production risks from NSPC module related technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve NSPC issues. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with leadership and headquarters teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

  • 7+ years in a FEOL related integration or unit process group with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or related field is required.

  • Advanced degrees in a related subject can be a substitute for fab experience.

  • Experience in GAA integration or related fab processes preferred.

The current base salary range for this role is between $106,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
