  • Manage vendor relationships and project budgets, including quotes, invoice reviews, and spend tracking.
  • Distribute post-move surveys, document lessons learned, and close project records within defined timelines.
  • Perform timely floor plan audits and updates.

Role Purpose

The Senior MAC Project Manager provides regional operational leadership for 2 designated areas, with direct responsibility for people management, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance tracking and reporting. Working in close partnership with key stakeholders across the organization, the role drives team performance, develops talent, and ensures alignment with business objectives.

In parallel, the position combines end-to-end project management, data management, and auditing across the MAC service line, ensuring accurate employee location data, timely floor plan updates, and delivery of concurrent projects ranging from small team moves to full building restacks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Senior MAC Project Manager reports to the MAC Lead within the Occupancy Planning and MAC organization.

 

What this job involves:

 

Operations:

  • Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and performance evaluation for MAC specialists with the MAC lead.
  • Provide oversight and leadership on MAC operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and streamline processes and procedures.
  • Work with MAC lead to Identify opportunities for enhancement for MAC operations.
  • Work with MAC lead to Implement strategies and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness.

 

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners for smooth project delivery, including:
  • EMEA MAC Lead and MAC Project managers team.
  • Occupancy Planning – seating strategy, neighborhood assignments, space allocation.
  • Business unit representatives.
  • Local Facility Management teams – move support, floor plans, locker management.
  • IT Services – device provisioning, network readiness, workstation and AV/VC setup.
  • Corporate Security – building access, badges, restricted spaces.
  • HR/People teams – employee location updates.
  • Space Data Management – data management support and troubleshooting.
  • Operational Readiness _ Projects tied to launch, renovation or expansions.
  • Design & Construction – moves tied to launches or expansions.
  • Move vendors – physical logistics before and during moves.
