About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and data-driven (Senior) Online Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will define and drive Mytheresa’s Display and Programmatic strategy focused on customer acquisition and CAC optimization. You will own key vendor partnerships like Criteo and RTB House while expanding direct programmatic deals and our DV360/Google Display presence.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Display and Programmatic strategy to drive customer acquisition and optimize CAC
Own relationships with core display partners like Criteo and RTB House
Lead the expansion of DV360, Google Display, and direct publisher deals
Plan, manage, and optimize multi-market display and programmatic campaigns
Analyze performance data, monitor e-commerce KPIs, and prepare actionable reports
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize ROI
Oversee technical campaign setups, including tracking, tag management, and product feeds
Run and evaluate tests across audiences, creatives, placements, and bid strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, tech, and analytics teams
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of hands-on experience in Display and Programmatic campaigns (DV360, Criteo, RTB House, Google Display, TradeDesk, etc.)
Track record in driving growth through performance acquisition, CAC management, and e-commerce metrics
Strong technical marketing knowledge covering product feeds, Google Merchant Center, tags, and tracking
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI and confidence interpreting data and turning insights into actions
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with hands-on execution and in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about high-end luxury fashion
Fluent in English
Bonus Points
Experience in luxury retail or fashion e-commerce
Experience setting up Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) or Private Marketplace (PMP) deals
Familiarity with attribution models and analytics platforms like GA4 or Funnel.io
