  • Directly manage and develop managers and supervisors across all non-production areas of the FC, including Receiving, Inventory, Facility Maintenance, QC, and Prep. Establish clear expectations, accountability, KPIs, and development plans for the site leadership team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations in the FC, driving performance to continuously meet both long- and short-term company goals. Prepare operating reports, establish KPIs, and provide value-driven feedback to direct reports.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among different departments within the warehouse. Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and distribution teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated supply chain. Together, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve on-time delivery, maintain high product quality, and optimize turnover within the warehouse.
  • Develop a highly effective site leadership team by applying high standards for selection and continued performance; establishing clear and stretching goals; communicating and delegating key responsibilities; and actively utilizing performance, development, and career tools to their full potential.
  • Analyze operational and production data to prepare and issue performance reports, identifying areas of improvement. Proficient in root cause analysis, with the ability to develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Build strong professional relationships with direct reports and site HR Business Partners. Identify and effectively communicate urgent issues, both internal and external, to site HR as needed and maintain accurate administrative records.
