- Take ownership of a significant caseload and progress applications through to determination at pace whilst maintaining robust decision making.

- Manage minor applications
- Manage rural and agricultural applications
- Manage small to medium-scale residential developments
- Manage applications generally ranging up to approximately 30 dwellings
- Handle pre-application enquiries
- Handle appeals and associated casework where required
- Prepare committee reports where required

The Role
This is a delivery-focused role. We are looking for someone who can join the team and make an immediate impact with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of a significant caseload and progress applications through to determination at pace whilst maintaining robust decision making.
The caseload is likely to include:
·Householder applications
·Minor applications
·Rural and agricultural applications
·Small to medium-scale residential developments
·Applications generally ranging up to approximately 30 dwellings
·Pre-application enquiries
·Appeals and associated casework where required
·Committee reports where required
