About this role

In a context of transformation, Polène is currently looking for a Senior PR & Influence Coordinator to contribute to the development of the Maison’s visibility and engagement across the EMEA region, working closely with the EMEA PR & Influence Manager.

You will thrive in this role if you want to:

  • Identify and develop opportunities with VIPs, influencers and talent in line with Polène’s brand image and objectives across the EMEA region.

  • Support the implementation of paid collaborations and partnerships, from talent identification through execution and performance tracking.

  • Manage influencer gifting programs, coordinating shipments and overseeing day-to-day relationships with talents and their agents.

  • Contribute to the rollout of the EMEA social media strategy, ensuring consistency across content and brand communications on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

  • Support communications around key Maison updates, including product launches, store openings and events, ensuring consistency with Polène’s brand identity.

  • Monitor media and social media coverage, track Polène’s visibility and analyze the impact of media exposure.

  • Design and coordinate brand experiences, including craftsmanship workshops, boutique appointments and exclusive events for influencers and VIPs.

You will excel in this role if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Public Relations or Talent Management, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.

  • You have a strong understanding of the influencer, media and social media ecosystem, with a sharp eye for trends.

  • You are curious, organized, rigorous and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable analyzing data and tracking performance.

  • You are proficient in digital and office tools, particularly Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.

  • You have a strong sensitivity to fashion, luxury and communications, and enjoy working in international and constantly evolving environments.

Within the EMEA PR & Influence team, you will join a team of around 20 people and report to the EMEA PR & Influence Manager. You will work closely with internal teams, including Social Media, Marketing, Retail and Communications, as well as talents, agencies and other external partners.

The team operates in an international, dynamic and fast-growing environment, with numerous projects to coordinate simultaneously. You will directly contribute to developing Polène’s visibility, desirability and presence among key audiences across the EMEA region.

The Recruitment Process

  1. Meeting with Talent Acquisition: discover the Maison, our values, and share your background and ambitions.

  2. Interview with your future manager: explore the role, its responsibilities and the team’s challenges in greater detail.

  3. Case study: work through a practical PR campaign case and share your methodology, eye for trends and approach to the Maison.

  4. Final interview with the Industrialization – Craftsmanship & Innovation Leadership Team: take a step back and explore the Maison’s marketing vision and your development opportunities at Polène.

By joining Polène, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Join a Maison with a unique business project and an ambitious development plan covering its entire value chain.

  • Grow in an ever-evolving environment where innovation and the pursuit of excellence are key drivers.

  • Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of the project, and where the attention given to employees is a true differentiating factor.

Joining Polène also means benefiting from a range of initiatives designed with you in mind:

  • A ClassPass sport and wellness membership.

  • Exclusive access to the Maison’s collections (private sales and preferential rates after one year of service).

  • Access to People and Baby and Les Petits Chaperons Rouges daycare networks.

  • Alan health insurance, with a tailor-made plan reserved for Maison employees and 60% employer contribution.

  • A sustainable mobility allowance of up to €40/month, or 50% reimbursement of public transportation costs.

  • Swile meal vouchers with a face value of €10 per day.
