Job Description

Eurofins is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Pricing Specialist to join our team.  In this role, you will develop accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions that support business growth while ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and client requirements. You will serve as a key liaison between commercial, operational, and technical teams to deliver timely proposals and quotations that support customer success and revenue generation.

This position offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement into people and process leadership tracks.  High-performing individuals may have the opportunity to assume increasing responsibility for workflow coordination, quote assignment activities, mentoring team members, and future people leadership positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals and quotations using company pricing systems and project-related information.
  • Review, assess, and interpret customer requirements and testing specifications,  study protocols, test methods, and laboratory service specifications to ensure accurate scope development and pricing.
  • Perform pricing-related activities within designated software applications and business systems.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with additional hours, as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
