  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that all team members contribute to project success. Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance on both client delivery and professional development.
  • Proactivity & Self-Motivation: Take initiative in identifying new growth opportunities within client accounts. Drive results by owning both business development and project delivery, ensuring long-term success for both Scimitar and its clients.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Lead teams through dynamic project environments, adapting strategies and solutions as needed to meet changing client demands. Maintain high performance in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
  • Humility: Embrace feedback as an opportunity for growth. Continuously seek to improve personal and team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
