  • Lead technical collaboration and joint innovation with European utilities, TSOs/DSOs, customers, universities, and research institutes.
  • Support major grid integration projects involving PV, BESS, wind, and other inverter-based resources.
  • Lead advanced RMS and EMT simulation studies for grid stability, weak-grid operation, control interaction, and system-level risks.
  • Conduct pre-research on emerging simulation technologies, including wide-area EMT, generic EMT models, automated stability assessment, and RMS/EMT hybrid simulation.
  • Develop grid integration and simulation methodologies, including model validation, stability assessment, and technical risk identification.
  • Track European grid requirements, industry trends, and future technology needs, and contribute to technology roadmap development.

Huawei's Ohm Research Center (Nuremberg) is responsible for Advanced Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning.

The Power Conversion Technology Laboratory within the Huawei Ohm Research Center (Nuremberg) is responsible for Advanced Digital Power Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning, and plays an important role in the Huawei Digital Power business in the design and development of power converters and control systems for applications such as PV Solar & Battery Energy Storage Field, Data Centers, Electric Vehicle, and Embedded Power Supply.

Your mission
