Position type: Exempt

 

Position Overview: The Senior Process and Innovation Specialist is responsible for leading and executing process development and production technology projects that support manufacturing excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement at the GTP Towanda facility. Working closely with the Head of R&D and cross-functional teams, this role drives the development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes, raw material technologies, and production improvements that enhance operational performance, product quality, and competitiveness.

Responsibilities Would Include:

  • Lead and execute production-related process development projects in alignment with the Head of R&D.

  • Participate or lead raw material processing and production technology projects
