Job Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Coordinate and implement procurement plans in line with project specifications, budgets, timelines, and governance requirements.
• Execute procurement activities, including market analysis, supplier selection, tendering, negotiation, and contract award.
• Support the administration and management of NEC4 contracts, ensuring that procurement strategies are aligned with NEC4 requirements.
• Fully comply with Veolia’s procurement policies, procedures, approval processes, and delegated authorities.
• Work closely with the operations, commercial, and finance teams, as well as other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Additional Information

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, public utilities, or a large and reputable organisation.
• Proven experience in tendering and contract procurement within public utilities, government-related entities, infrastructure projects, or sizeable private-sector firms.
• A high level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance.
• Experience working with NEC4 contracts would be a definite advantage.
