- Own and evolve the Product organization's Pendo platform, driving adoption, governance, and analytics maturity while enabling teams to maximize the value of product insights.
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities through proactive analysis, helping the organization anticipate challenges and uncover new areas of innovation.
- Design and deliver impactful self-service dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations using modern analytics tools to empower teams with timely, actionable information.
