What you'll do

You influence our product and shape product strategy based on research and data
You identify customer needs and problems that are worth solving

You have extensive experience in designing digital products, including information architecture, visual design, and interaction design, ideally in an e-commerce environment
You have a proven track record of working in interdisciplinary teams and are a true team player
You know how to effectively leverage AI and no-code tools to streamline the design process, maximize productivity, and clear space for deep, strategic design work
You are able to bring ideas to life by setting up prototypes and quickly iterating on them early and often using qualitative and quantitative user research methods
You are familiar with product discovery techniques, such as usability labs and A/B testing
You can think holistically about product strategy and vision
You are able to skillfully align user needs with strategic business goals to drive product success
You excel at using data-driven KPIs and strategic OKRs to maximize product value and impact
You are fluent in English (C1) and comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
