Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We're building the operating system for CPG brands, covering demand planning, finance, accounting, and sales in one platform. Design here means owning real surface area across a complex, interconnected product, not shipping buttons in isolation.

We're a small team that moves fast, communicates directly, and sweats the details. You'll work closely with product and engineering to define not just what things look like, but how the whole experience fits together.

What You’ll Do

• Drive pod-level design strategy: identify the highest-leverage opportunities and shape solution direction within your domain

• Execute at a high craft level across the full range of flows and surfaces your pod owns

• Contribute directly and consistently to design work, from early exploration through final delivery

• Influence Confido’s design language, evolving it rather than just documenting what's already there

• Improve design across teams: identify structural issues, align approaches, and evolve patterns for scale rather than just maintaining what exists

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or complex workflow products

• Track record of seeing large, ambiguous projects through from zero to shipped

• Ability to communicate fluently with designers, engineers, and product leaders, and to align multiple teams around a shared design direction

• Enough comfort with HTML/CSS/JS to have a real conversation with engineers about what's buildable and how

• Direct communication style; you influence through the quality of your thinking, not org chart position

You'll stand out if you:

• Thrive on ownership; you're energized by having a domain that's yours and holding a high bar within it

• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where the tools and processes you used last year may not be the ones you use this year

• You care as much about the accountant using Confido fifty times a day as the demand planner going uploading their plan for the first time

• Designed for financial, enterprise, or other domains that require complex systems thinking previously
