Senior Product Designer {LY - CR01}

Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer at our company, you will play a leading role in shaping product strategy and experience outcomes for our Partner Platform. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning problem definition through to delivery, and acting as a design partner to product and engineering leadership. This role combines strategic influence, systems thinking, and hands-on excellence, with clear accountability for outcomes—not just outputs.

What you will do:

● Design seamless, multi-device product experiences, balancing highly intuitive mobile interfaces for field agents with powerful, data-dense admin platform.

● Own complex product modules, from discovery through delivery

● Partner with Product Managers and Tech Leads to shape product direction and prioritisation

● Drive and synthesise user research, translating insights into clear product decisions

● Define interaction models, UX patterns, and visual solutions that scale

● Actively evolve and improve the design system through patterns, guidance, and standards

● Set a high bar for quality, accessibility, and consistency across products

● Influence cross-team alignment through clear design rationale and storytelling Key benefits:

Key Qualifications:

● 6+ years of experience in product design for complex digital products, with a strong focus on complex enterprise platforms

● Exceptional portfolio demonstrating ownership, decision-making, and impact

● Deep experience in financial services or similarly complex, regulated domains

● Proven ability to design and scale systems, not just screens

● Strong product thinking, communication skills, and stakeholder influence
