About this role
ABOUT US
Factor Eleven is the leading drive-to-store revenue platform for brick-and-mortar retailers and CPG brands. Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of digital promotion communication – from media planning and ad creation through campaign delivery, billing, and reporting. Operating as a high-touch enterprise managed service, humans orchestrate campaign strategy while our platform automates execution, driving tangible store revenue uplift at scale.
YOUR MISSION
You own the product direction of Ad Creator – the creative automation engine that transforms product feeds, campaign data, and GenAI into brand-compliant, dynamically assembled creatives at scale.
As the product owner for this domain, you shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the module that sits at the center of Factor Eleven's automated campaign delivery flow. You work across feed logic, template governance, creative generation orchestration, quality validation, and performance feedback loops to make automated ad creation reliable in production.
Working closely with Engineering, Data Intelligence, Ad Delivery, Product Design, Campaign Operations, Media Planning, Commercial, and external partners, you turn operational complexity into clear product decisions, stable service boundaries, and scalable workflows.
Your success is measured by automation completeness, brand compliance, and the measurable reduction of manual creative intervention across our retailer campaign portfolio – not by feature output alone.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the Ad Creator roadmap end to end: define what gets built, why it matters, and how it ladders up to the wider Delivery Engine and business goals.
Drive creative automation from feed to serving: shape how product feed data, campaign intent, retailer brand rules, and external generation services come together in one production workflow.
Lead cross-tribe and partner orchestration: align dependencies across Ad Creator Engineering, Data Intelligence, Ad Delivery, Product Design, Campaign Operations, Media Planning, Commercial, Creative generation and publishers.
Define stable API contracts and product specifications for feed ingestion, creative generation, validation, and downstream delivery – with enough clarity that teams can build and integrate without constant ambiguity.
Make scope calls for a fast-moving MVP environment: translate OKRs into sequenced roadmap decisions, manage trade-offs, and reduce delivery risk without losing sight of the long-term product architecture.
Stay close to internal users: shadow Campaign Operations and Media Planners, map real workflow friction, and design for throughput, reliability, and zero manual creative production in the operational path.
Own quality governance for brand-compliant automation: define validation logic, pre-flight checks, template governance standards, and escalation paths for creative defects before they reach Ad Delivery.
Use experimentation and performance data to improve the system: shape A/B tests, analyze campaign and attribution outcomes, and feed learnings back into creative decisioning and prioritization.
Help the team use AI pragmatically: know where AI meaningfully accelerates specification, analysis, and QA – and where judgment, product sense, and operational context still need to lead.
Strengthen the product organization around you: mentor junior and mid-level PMs on selected workstreams, contribute to better product rituals, and create clarity in a matrixed environment without relying on hierarchy.
WHO YOU ARE
You have 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS AdTech or MarTech, and you already understand the operational cadence of campaigns, ad serving, and creative formats.
You have built creative automation from both sides: as a software vendor and as an agency or brand operator managing production at scale.
You have operationalised generative AI in live ad pipelines with brand guardrails and quality validation – not just prompt engineering.
You understand retail-localized campaigns: store-level variation, regional creative needs, and the operational reality of physical retail cycles.
You have walked into ambiguous ownership, created process and clarity without hierarchical authority, and shipped within 60 days.
