We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Ad Solutions to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge

As Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Ad Solutions, you will:

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and own the roadmap for AI-powered advertising applications, with a focus on agentic systems that automate and optimise advertiser workflows.

• Identify market opportunities by analysing trends in AI, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and ad tech.

Execution & Delivery

• Collaborate with engineering and AI research teams to design, build, and launch scalable, agent-driven applications.

• Define and prioritise requirements, user stories, and success metrics.

• Ensure product quality and usability through continuous iteration and experimentation.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and UX teams to create intuitive, outcome-driven experiences.

• Work with commercial and client-facing teams to ensure product-market fit and drive adoption.

Innovation & Experimentation

• Champion rapid prototyping and experimentation with AI capabilities—e.g., autonomous media planning agents, optimisation bots, and creative generation systems.

• Stay ahead of emerging AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and APIs relevant to advertising.
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in AI-driven products or complex SaaS platforms.

• Strong understanding of agentic application design (multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, LLM integration).

• Proven track record of shipping innovative, data-driven products from concept to adoption.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking product KPIs.

It would be a plus

• Experience in ad tech—knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSP/DSP ecosystems, campaign optimisation, and attribution.

• Hands-on exposure to AI development tools (LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, etc.).

• Understanding of ad operations workflows, creative production, and media planning.
