Within the Cloud & AI division, you will join the Product team responsible for shaping ArrowSphere’s AI product family – the Assistant and the AI 360 Dashboard – driving the rise of AI Agents, and monetizing the platform’s value-added services across the distribution ecosystem.

Your Mission

As Senior Product Manager for AI Products & Monetization, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of ArrowSphere’s AI portfolio and its commercial model. You will define, prioritize, and execute a roadmap that scales adoption of our AI experiences (Assistant, AI 360 Dashboard, Agents) while designing the pricing, packaging, and value-added services that convert that adoption into sustainable, recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Management

• Own the roadmap for ArrowSphere’s AI product family: the Assistant, the AI 360 Dashboard, and AI Agents
• Gather, prioritize, and translate user needs and market signals into product requirements and a well-groomed backlog
• Partner with engineering, DevOps, data, and UX teams to deliver high-value AI features
• Define and track KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, agent task success) and continuously optimize
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI initiatives from discovery to launch

AI & Agentic Strategy

• Shape the vision for agentic experiences that automate and augment partner and end-customer workflows
• Evolve the Assistant and AI 360 Dashboard into daily-use, decision-driving tools
• Identify high-impact use cases where AI Agents match partners to the right offers and next-best actions
• Stay ahead of GenAI and agentic trends and translate them into a differentiated product strategy

Platform Monetization & Value-Added Services

• Design pricing, packaging, and bundling for AI features and the platform’s value-added services
• Build and grow recurring revenue streams tied to AI usage, agents, and premium capabilities
• Define the commercial model (consumption, subscription, tiering) together with finance and sales
• Analyze margin, conversion, and monetization KPIs to optimize the value-to-revenue equation
• Identify and prioritize new value-added services across the distribution value chain

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, finance, operations, support
• Engage with cloud vendors and strategic partners on AI and monetization initiatives
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders on the AI roadmap and its commercial model
• Support RFPs and position ArrowSphere’s AI differentiation in strategic opportunities

Go-To-Market & Product Marketing

• Drive go-to-market strategies for new AI features, agents, and monetized services
• Develop and maintain product assets: value narratives, pricing collateral, demos, documentation
• Partner with marketing teams to drive demand generation (campaigns, events, content)
• Ensure proper communication of AI product releases internally and externally

Training & Enablement

• Enable internal teams (sales, support, business development) on the AI portfolio and its commercial model
• Help partners and customers extract value from the Assistant, AI 360 Dashboard, and Agents
• Create training materials and educational content
• Drive change management and foster adoption of new AI-powered tools and monetized services

Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Product Manager, including senior / lead scope
• Proven experience building and monetizing AI / GenAI or data products (pricing, packaging, recurring revenue)
• Strong experience in the cloud distribution ecosystem (vendor, distributor, or partner)
• Solid understanding of agentic AI, LLM-powered assistants, and analytics / dashboard products
• Track record of turning platform capabilities into measurable commercial value
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment

Languages

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• French (minimum B2 level)

Required Skills

• Product Management (roadmap, discovery, delivery)
• AI / GenAI and agentic product experience (functional depth expected)
• Monetization: pricing, packaging, value-added services, recurring-revenue models
• Cloud ecosystem and distribution models
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
• UX / Design tools: Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD or equivalent
