Senior Product Manager, Amazon Pay Rewards

Amazon Pay's vision is to be the most trusted, convenient and rewarding payment experience preferred by millions of customers to pay in a wide range of use cases and contexts.
As part of this vision, we are embarking on a journey to build the largest Rewards program in India which is delightful for the customers and helps build loyalty towards Amazon Pay.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end Rewards customer experience. In this role, you will define the product vision and strategy for how millions of Amazon India customers discover, engage with, and derive value from Amazon Pay Rewards. You will work backwards from customer needs to design world-class experiences that drive engagement, increase reward redemption, and establish Amazon Pay as the most rewarding way to pay.

This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role requiring you to think big, dive deep into data, and deliver results across a complex ecosystem spanning payments, shopping, and merchant partnerships.

Key job responsibilities
• Rewards Discovery & Customer Experience - Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Rewards discovery across Amazon Shopping and Pay apps
• Personalization & Ranking - Partner with Applied Science and ML teams to define personalization strategies for surfacing the best rewards for our customers
• Engagement & Retention - Design and launch engagement mechanisms (gamification, streaks, challenges, milestones) that drive habitual usage of Amazon Pay
• Value Communication & Transparency - Define the communication strategy that helps customers understand the value of their rewards — what they earned, why, and how to use it
• Cross-functional Leadership - Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver against an ambitious roadmap
• Metrics & Experimentation Define the rewards experience scorecard and own weekly/monthly business reviews

The Amazon Pay Rewards team is responsible for building India's most engaging and rewarding loyalty ecosystem. We serve hundreds of millions of customers across Amazon India — helping them save ,discover new benefits, and build long-term affinity with Amazon. Our team sits at the intersection of payments, shopping, and customer engagement, giving us a unique vantage point to drive growth across Amazon India.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Master's degree or equivalent
