About this role

About Vantage

Vantage powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world’s well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises. Developing and operating across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, Vantage has evolved data center design in innovative ways to deliver dramatic gains in reliability, efficiency and sustainability in flexible environments that can scale as quickly as the market demands.

Product Department

The Product team at Vantage defines and stewards our global product platform: the customer outcomes we aim to deliver, the standards and reference approaches that make delivery repeatable, and the closed-loop learning that turns each deployment into an upgrade for the next. We do this in partnership with Engineering, Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Sustainability, Sales, Site Selection, and Business Development, aligning priorities and trade-offs while preserving clear functional ownership for design execution, construction delivery, and site operations.

Position Overview

This role is based in Denver, CO in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).

Product Operations builds the operating system that enables the Product organization to make better decisions, scale knowledge, adopt new ways of working, and execute predictably. This role is a hands-on builder and organizational multiplier who improves the mechanisms behind that system.

The Senior Product Operations Partner, Global for Systems & Enablement connects patterns across teams, turns recurring friction into practical improvements, and builds solutions that make work clearer, faster, and easier to sustain. The role does not stop at identifying opportunities or recommending changes. It tests ideas, implements solutions, gathers feedback, and iterates until better ways of working become durable operating practices.

This role will initially own practical activities such as forum operations, document publishing, library administration, onboarding resources, and technology enablement. Success means continuously improving and automating these mechanisms so the role—and the organization’s capacity—evolves significantly over time. The responsibilities should look meaningfully different after the first 12 months because repetitive administrative work has been simplified, automated, or redesigned.

This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role for someone who can move between coordination and creation, influence without formal authority, and use AI and automation as practical tools today. The role strengthens the systems around accountable owners and trio roles without taking over their delivery responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions

You will own and improve the enablement mechanisms that make the Product organization easier to operate, scale, and navigate. This includes operating-rhythm execution, governance workflows, document publishing, digital workplace patterns, onboarding resources, and AI-enabled process improvements.

You will be expected to:

  • Carry essential operational work while actively redesigning how it is completed.

  • Connect common needs and pain points across teams instead of solving each request in isolation.

  • Build, test, launch, and improve practical solutions—not only prepare recommendations.

  • Reduce manual effort and administrative burden through clearer workflows, reusable tools, automation, and self-service resources.

  • Increase the organization’s capacity by making important information, processes, and decisions easier to access and act on.

  • Regularly reassess the role’s recurring responsibilities, reducing manual administration and shifting capacity toward higher-leverage enablement, automation, and organizational improvement.

Document Publishing and Library Administration

  • Own the operational coordination of document releases, including validating handoffs, tracking readiness, and moving approved files into the appropriate library locations.

  • Apply and validate document metadata, file naming, versioning, ownership, permissions, and library placement in partnership with document owners.

  • Keep downstream application rules, mappings, and release records aligned with published document changes.

  • Complete post-publishing checks and update release tracking to confirm accuracy and completion.

  • Improve the publishing process by reducing manual handoffs, strengthening quality controls, and introducing automation where practical.

  • Build clear instructions, templates, and self-service resources so routine publishing activities become easier for document owners to complete correctly.

  • Identify patterns in publishing issues and implement changes that prevent repeat errors.

Operating Rhythm, Forums, and Follow-Through

  • Own the operational setup and ongoing effectiveness of assigned Product leadership forums, governance routines, councils, and operating reviews.

  • Establish clear inputs, deadlines, agendas, outputs, decision records, and follow-through mechanisms for each forum.

  • Maintain the Product operating calendar and improve how related forums connect, sequence, and share information.

  • Create practical mechanisms for accountable owners to surface progress, decisions, risks, and dependencies without introducing unnecessary reporting burden.

  • Identify recurring coordination work that can be standardized, delegated, automated, or eliminated.

  • Improve the forum experience over time so meeting administration decreases while decision quality, visibility, and accountability increase.

Workflow Improvement, AI, and Automation

  • Identify high-friction or repetitive Product Operations workflows and determine whether they should be simplified, automated, consolidated, or retired.

  • Build and test practical AI-enabled workflows, prompts, templates, agents, automations, and knowledge-retrieval patterns.

  • Use Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Loop, Planner, or equivalent tools to reduce manual effort and improve information flow.

  • Move beyond proof of concept by documenting, launching, monitoring, and iterating solutions with the people who use them.

  • Connect similar needs across teams and create reusable solutions that address multiple pain points at once.

  • Partner with functional owners and technology teams to move successful experiments into secure, maintainable operating practices.

  • Track the time saved, friction reduced, adoption achieved, or decision quality improved through implemented changes.

Communications and Organizational Visibility

  • Translate leadership direction, decisions, and operating changes into concise, audience-appropriate communications and practical next steps.

  • Build repeatable mechanisms that keep teams informed without relying on unnecessary meetings.

  • Test and implement new communication approaches, such as automated updates, digest-style communications, resource hubs, or targeted distribution patterns.

  • Connect information across functions and surface themes, dependencies, or recurring questions that may otherwise remain fragmented.

  • Measure the usefulness of communication mechanisms and refine them based on feedback and engagement.

Team Onboarding and Enablement Experience

  • Own and continuously improve the Product-specific onboarding experience in support of the People & Culture onboarding journey and the Product Transformation & Integration onboarding roadmap.

  • Maintain current, easy-to-navigate onboarding materials, resource paths, team context, tool guidance, and operating-model references.

  • Build reusable onboarding journeys that help new hires and internal transfers understand how the Product organization works and where to find support.

  • Partner with hiring managers and People teams so Product onboarding complements, rather than replaces, manager-owned launch plans.

  • Gather onboarding feedback, identify patterns, and implement improvements that close knowledge gaps and reduce reliance on one-to-one explanations.

  • Introduce automation and self-service where it improves consistency without making the experience impersonal.

Additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Technical Program Management, Management Consulting, knowledge management, digital workplace enablement, or related operating roles.

  • Demonstrated experience improving how a team or organization works—not only coordinating existing processes.

  • A track record of taking ambiguous problems from observation through implementation, adoption, and iteration.

  • Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, workflow, or productivity tools to real business processes in ways that reduce effort or improve outcomes.

  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, or equivalent tools preferred.

  • Strong systems thinking and pattern recognition, with the ability to connect needs across teams and design reusable solutions.

  • Ability to balance practical execution with critical thinking about whether a task, process, meeting, or workflow should operate differently.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or leadership teams by turning direction into clear communications, operating mechanisms, and follow-through.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, audience-appropriate messages and resources.

  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive leadership, organizational, and cross-functional information.

  • Comfort influencing without formal authority and partnering across a matrixed, globally distributed organization.

  • A builder mindset: curious, structured, adaptable, action-oriented, and willing to test and refine ideas.

  • A bias toward action and ownership—the ability to make recommendations and then do the hands-on work needed to implement them.

  • Travel required is expected to be up to 20% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in capital projects, construction, infrastructure, data centers, utilities, natural resources, or other mission-critical industries.

  • A track record of building or improving repeatable processes, tools, workflows, onboarding journeys, communication mechanisms, or operating routines in a growing organization.

  • Experience developing or administering SharePoint libraries, information architecture, publishing workflows, metadata, or content lifecycle practices.

  • Experience introducing automation, self-service, or AI-enabled solutions into an operating environment.

  • Experience in change management for senior stakeholders, matrixed teams, and fast-growing functions or organizations.

  • Exposure to multi-region or globally distributed organizations where operating models, roles, and governance mechanisms are still maturing.

  • Experience using feedback, usage data, or operational measures to evaluate and improve a solution after launch.

  • Show that the role has evolved because the systems it owns are more automated, scalable, and effective than they were at the time of hire.

  • Leave behind reusable patterns and capabilities that increase the effectiveness of the broader Product organization.
