- Take what works in a development environment and turn it into a robust, repeatable and scalable production operation.
- Shaping the manufacturing process from the equipment and automation through to test, calibration, assembly methods and production readiness.

From clever prototype to serious production — this is where you come in. Our clients products are highly technical, their ambitions are even bigger. They now need a Senior Production Engineer who can take what works in a development environment and turn it into a robust, repeatable and scalable production operation.
And this is where it gets interesting…
You won’t be walking into a finished manufacturing process and simply keeping it running. You’ll be shaping it. From the equipment and automation through to test, calibration, assembly methods and production readiness, you’ll have a major influence on how the product moves from engineering concept to something that can be produced consistently and at increasing volume.
YOUR PLAYGROUND
- Complex electrical & electronic hardware

You’ll be the person people turn to when something isn’t working properly — whether that’s a technical fault, unreliable test result, inefficient process or recurring production issue.
And you’ll have the autonomy to find the root cause, engineer the solution and make the improvement stick.
