Beyond production and design excellence, this position requires business sensitivity, discretion, and the ability to synthesize complex, confidential information into elegant, influential communication that reinforces a consistent voice across North Asia.

• Establish & Govern Core Design Systems: Define and maintain approved design standards - including typography, color palettes, styles, and brand assets - ensuring absolute brand coherence across all leadership materials.

• Streamline Presentation Workflows: Build scalable processes, user-friendly templates, and a centralized asset library (imagery, themes, graphic resources) to empower seamless slide creation and modification.

• Drive End-to-End Presentation Design: Partner closely with team members to lead the end-to-end design, formatting, and timely delivery of high-visibility executive presentations.

• Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute aesthetic sensibility and execution discipline to broader President’s Office projects, including regional event orchestration and bespoke gifting design.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in presentation software, complemented by strong working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.
