Senior Professional Services Engineer, Actimize (Implementation Engineer)

So, what’s the role all about?

As a Senior Professional Service Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic, bright, and customer-facing team focused on the delivery and implementation of NiCE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for Leading Financial institutions.

The role provides exposure to critical financial compliance regulations in the AML, Payment Frauds, and Trading Compliance domains. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the Actimize Financial Crime Prevention Product offerings.

As a part of your responsibilities, you will have a chance to interact with the Customer and understand their Business Requirements. You will work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, Customer teams, and fellow Implementers to design and implement Intelligent and Innovative solutions for the Customer.

How will you make an impact?

• Develop/Configure/Customization software feature(s) according to design document & enterprise software standards.
• Work in multi-disciplinary environment with Architects and Business Analysts using waterfall and agile project methodologies
• Ability to work independently & complete complex tasks.
• Planning and Performing Unit and functionality testing to ensure fit design.
• Supporting customers by solving functionality problems.
• Interface independently with various R&D and PS Groups and with Customer Support.
• May occasionally need to work on client site and/or in different time zone
• High level English (verbal & written)
• Proven experience in operating within a global environment
• Experience working in a complex matrix environment
• Has high attention to details and works well in a dynamic and challenging environment

Have you got what it takes?

• Hands-on experience in SQL, handling large volume of data. (Implementation Engineers)
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Quick learner, good verbal, and written communication skills
• Developing in complex Database environments (Oracle or MS SQL).
• Problem solving skills, analytical mind with high ability for self-learning are essential
• Exposure to application servers, HTML, JavaScript & CSS
• Exposure to Unix and basic commands.
• familiarity with OOP concept
• Analyzes information and deduces conclusions within the wider professional space
• Starts to be seen as a professional by his team and peer community
• Responsible for developing/configuring feature(s), functionality for an enterprise grade software independently
• Attention to details, effective tasks management and planning
• Actively engages others in work done, to expand and broaden professional domain
• Familiar with coding concepts for ensuring high scalability, multi-user, secured coding
