About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer who can build complex, data-heavy applications and apply AI where it improves real workflows.
This is an end-to-end product engineering role. You should be able to understand a problem, design the workflow, model the data, build the frontend and backend, integrate external services, test the system, and improve it after users start using it.
You will work on products such as dashboards, reporting systems, internal tools, workflow platforms, communication systems, and AI-enabled search or automation features.
Roles and Responsibilities
FFull-Stack Development
- Build, maintain, and enhance web applications using React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and serverless technologies.
- Develop frontend experiences and backend services that are scalable, reliable, and user-focused.
- Work across the full product lifecycle, from development to deployment and maintenance.
Database, Architecture & Security
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Create data models, APIs, workflows, and system architectures that support business requirements.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access controls, and data integrity best practices.
AI & Emerging Technologies
- Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, RAG, and AI-assisted summarization.
- Contribute to future-focused initiatives such as AI search, document intelligence, reporting automation, data pipelines, queue-based processing, and human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
Integrations & Automation
- Build and maintain integrations using webhooks, messaging platforms, WhatsApp Business APIs, and other third-party services.
- Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflow automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Product Ownership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Apply strong product thinking to solve problems, improve user experiences, and navigate ambiguous requirements.
- Take ownership of features and projects from concept through deployment.
Quality, Testing & Deployment
- Follow best practices for version control, debugging, testing, code reviews, and deployment using Git, GitHub, Vitest, Playwright, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Additional Technical Exposure
- Leverage technologies such as Python, Express.js, MERN stack components, cloud services, and modern engineering tools where appropriate.
- Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of existing systems and platforms.
Experience and Competencies Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Full-Stack Development, Product Engineering, or Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience building scalable frontend applications and backend services.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, and database design principles.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and data security.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, testing, debugging, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, RAG, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience with Python, Express.js, MERN Stack, webhook integrations, messaging APIs, and cloud deployment is preferred.
- Experience building SaaS platforms, CRM tools, dashboards, reporting systems, workflow platforms, or analytics products is desirable.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership and independently deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience with Supabase Auth, PostgreSQL RLS, communication automation, and AI-powered products will be an added advantage.
