Schedule:
Full or part time up to 40 hours per week, the salon is open for 7 days a week (Mon - Sat)… Part-time option is also available.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI & GUY experience.
- Cultivate and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through in-depth product knowledge.
- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
- Champion the Super brand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.
- Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your skills and advance your career with TONI & GUY.
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles.
- Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently.
