    • Engineering: Monitoring development sprints, QA, and technical deployment schedules.

    • Legal & Privacy: Ensuring new products meet all regulatory compliance, data privacy standards, and that necessary vendor/client contracts are updated.

    • Marketing:  Aligning product delivery with messaging, positioning, and promotional launch campaigns.

    • Sales & Enablement: Ensuring sales teams are trained, equipped with collateral, and ready to monetize the product on day one.

    • Customer Support/Operations: Ensuring support teams have the documentation and tools needed to assist clients post-launch.

  • Build and scale a standardized NPI playbook for Gracenote, defining clear phases, gates, deliverables, and ownership for all future launches.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks across all workstreams. Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to executive stakeholders with proposed solutions.

  • Host regular cross-functional syncs. Provide clear, concise executive reporting on program health, launch readiness, and post-launch metrics.
