The opportunity

At Hitachi Energy, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of large and complex projects that support the energy transition. As a Senior Project Controller, you act as the financial leader of the project, providing the financial clarity, governance, and insights needed to drive performance and informed decision-making.

You will partner closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from tender handover to project completion. You will transform financial data into actionable insights, proactively manage risks and opportunities, and ensure strong financial governance. Your projects will typically range from USD 50 million to 200 million and involve multiple stakeholders, business functions, and execution units.

This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking, project execution, and business partnering in a dynamic international environment.
